Lorem Ipsum is a fictional text used in the design of printed matter and typography. Lorem Ipsum has been a standard filler text since the 16th century, when an unknown printer took a typesetting book full of printing characters and mixed them up to create a sample book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, and yet has remained essentially unchanged. It was popularized in the 1960s, with the publication of the Letraset sheets, which contained Lorem Ipsum passages, and later with publishing software such as Aldus PageMaker, which contained versions of Lorem Ipsum.
